學(xué)校簡介
泊頭職業(yè)學(xué)院是經(jīng)河北省政府批準(zhǔn)、教育部備案的國辦全日制普通高校，實施?？茖哟谓逃?。她是一所富有光榮革命傳統(tǒng)的歷史名校，其前身為1925年9月建校的“直隸省立第九師范學(xué)?！?，新中國成立后，更名為“河北泊頭師范學(xué)?！薄?000年7月，更名為滄州師范?？茖W(xué)校泊頭分校，開始招收全日制專科生，舉辦大學(xué)?？平逃?。2009年4月，經(jīng)教育部備案批準(zhǔn)，升格改建為泊頭職業(yè)學(xué)院。建校九十三年來，學(xué)院文化薪火相傳，形成了良好的校風(fēng)、教風(fēng)、學(xué)風(fēng)，為河北省乃至全國培養(yǎng)了大批優(yōu)秀人才，為民族解放、新中國誕生以及社會主義建設(shè)事業(yè)做出了令人矚目的貢獻(xiàn)，被譽為“津南革命的策源地”、“滄州黃埔”。
學(xué)院座落于素有“中國鑄造名城”、“汽車模具之鄉(xiāng)”、“中國鴨梨第一鄉(xiāng)”之稱的泊頭市，東臨渤海，北依京津，交通便利。
學(xué)院占地571畝，建筑面積17.6萬平米，固定資產(chǎn)總值2.6億元。主校區(qū)位于泊頭市中心解放西路150號，建有4棟教學(xué)樓、4棟實訓(xùn)樓、9棟學(xué)生公寓、4座學(xué)生餐廳、辦公樓、圖書館、高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體育場等。學(xué)院教學(xué)科研環(huán)境優(yōu)越，擁有設(shè)備齊全、條件完備的各類實習(xí)實訓(xùn)室及專業(yè)教室，建有校園寬帶網(wǎng)，圖書館藏書43.8萬冊，電子圖書500GB。校園環(huán)境優(yōu)美，綠化率達(dá)40%以上，綠樹蔥蘢，芳草含碧，百花飄香，亭臺樓閣掩映其間，被河北省政府命名為花園式學(xué)校、省級綠色學(xué)校，是興學(xué)育人的理想場所。
學(xué)院的辦學(xué)目標(biāo)是以教育類專業(yè)為主導(dǎo)，以經(jīng)濟管理類、裝備制造類、藝術(shù)社會服務(wù)類專業(yè)為輔翼，立足滄州及渤海新區(qū)，面向全省，輻射環(huán)渤海區(qū)域，服務(wù)于京津冀一體化，服務(wù)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展，堅持應(yīng)用型、開放式、有特色、高水平的辦學(xué)定位，構(gòu)建多元化人才培養(yǎng)體系，為社會培養(yǎng)大批高素質(zhì)技術(shù)技能型人才，為地方經(jīng)濟社會發(fā)展提供智力支撐和人力資源保障。
學(xué)院現(xiàn)設(shè)學(xué)前教育系一部、學(xué)前教育系二部、機械設(shè)計系、經(jīng)濟管理系等教學(xué)機構(gòu)。開設(shè)有學(xué)前教育、小學(xué)教育、機械制造與自動化、機電一體化技術(shù)、模具設(shè)計與制造、汽車制造與裝配技術(shù)、計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、藝術(shù)設(shè)計、會計、市場營銷、物流管理等24個專業(yè)。其中學(xué)前教育專業(yè)被河北省高等職業(yè)教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展行動計劃（2015—2018年）確立為省級骨干專業(yè)建設(shè)項目；模具設(shè)計與制造、物流管理、藝術(shù)設(shè)計為中央財政重點支持發(fā)展專業(yè)；學(xué)前教育、計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)、會計、藝術(shù)設(shè)計為學(xué)院骨干專業(yè)；學(xué)前教育專業(yè)為學(xué)院特色專業(yè)。
2013年，在渤海新區(qū)中捷產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的高教園區(qū)內(nèi)，與中捷產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)合作建立了泊頭職業(yè)學(xué)院渤海分校。2015年，將裝備制造類專業(yè)整體遷至渤海分校。
泊頭職業(yè)學(xué)院與秦皇島市德潤計算機信息技術(shù)服務(wù)有限公司合作項目是我院“引企入?！钡男Ｆ蠛献黜椖?，采用企業(yè)和學(xué)院共同管理，共同培養(yǎng)，企業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)生就業(yè)的訂單式培養(yǎng)模式。
學(xué)院師資力量雄厚。近年來，不斷引進(jìn)高層次人才和優(yōu)秀教師，2018年有教職工314人，專任教師270人，來自各行業(yè)一線的兼職教師71人。擁有高級職稱的教師81人，碩士以上學(xué)位111人。學(xué)院辦學(xué)規(guī)模逐漸加大。2018年錄取新生3319人，達(dá)歷史新高，在校生總計8200多人。
學(xué)院黨委自覺踐行“四個意識”，堅定落實“兩個維護(hù)”。緊緊圍繞“強化作風(fēng)、深化內(nèi)涵”兩個著力點，大膽改革創(chuàng)新，搶抓機遇。學(xué)院大力加強教師的培訓(xùn)和培養(yǎng)，開展了“職教大講堂”、“職業(yè)教育論壇”、“青藍(lán)工程”、“青年教師教學(xué)技能大賽”，鍛造了一支“師德高尚、業(yè)務(wù)精湛、技能嫻熟、結(jié)構(gòu)合理”的教師隊伍。其中雙師素質(zhì)教師達(dá)到53%，河北省“三三三人才工程”二層次人才1人，全國優(yōu)秀教師1人、特級教師3人，河北省教學(xué)名師1人，河北省優(yōu)秀教師5人，河北省優(yōu)秀教學(xué)團(tuán)隊1個，曾憲梓基金獎獲得者3人，滄州市專業(yè)技術(shù)拔尖人才6人。
學(xué)院堅持“產(chǎn)教融合、校企合作、工學(xué)結(jié)合”的人才培養(yǎng)模式，高度重視校企合作和學(xué)生實習(xí)就業(yè)工作，牽頭成立了“滄州市學(xué)前教育產(chǎn)教聯(lián)盟”。學(xué)院堅持就業(yè)導(dǎo)向，高度重視就業(yè)指導(dǎo)與服務(wù)工作，形成了由院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)掛帥，就業(yè)處牽頭，系部書記、輔導(dǎo)員參加的聯(lián)席工作機制。通過頂崗實習(xí)、就業(yè)招聘會等形式，為學(xué)生提供就業(yè)、創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)與服務(wù)。近兩年學(xué)生就業(yè)率94%，用人單位滿意度93%，獲得了良好的社會評價。學(xué)院高度重視大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)工作，建設(shè)了學(xué)院眾創(chuàng)空間，榮獲“省級高校大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)示范性眾創(chuàng)空間”榮譽稱號。2018年舉辦200多家企業(yè)參加的學(xué)生頂崗實習(xí)雙選會。培訓(xùn)工作開辟新途徑，函授教育實現(xiàn)首次招生。
學(xué)院連續(xù)多年被評為文明單位、示范學(xué)校、教學(xué)實績突出單位、精神文明學(xué)校、先進(jìn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體、先進(jìn)基層黨組織，職業(yè)教育先進(jìn)集體、“河北省教育先進(jìn)集體”。2018年獲得泊頭市委宣傳部授予的“泊頭市愛國主義教育基地”榮譽稱號。

Botou Vocational College, which carries out the education of junior college level, is a state-owned full-time college approved by Hebei Provincial Government and filed with Ministry of Education. The college is a very famous historical school with glorious revolutionary tradition. It was founded in September, 1925, and at that time its name was No.9 Provincial Normal School of Zhili Province. The name of the school was changed into Hebei Botou Normal School after the founding of new China. In July, 2000, the name of the school was changed into Cangzhou teachers’ College, Botou Branch and the school began to recruit full-time junior college students and carry out junior college education. In April, 2009, approved by Hebei Provincial Government and filed with the Ministry of Education, the school was upgraded into an independent college and its name was changed into Botou Vocational College. Over ninety-three years of education experiences, the college has trained a large number of excellent talents for Hebei province and the whole country, and has made great contributions to the national liberation, the birth of New China and the economic construction of our country. Meanwhile, the college has formed its good school spirit, teaching spirit and learning spirit, which have been handed down from generation to generation. The college has long been called “the cradle of revolution south of Tianjin” and has a good fame of “the Huangpu Military Academy in Cangzhou”
The college is located in Botou city which has long been called “the famous casting city in China ”, “the hometown of automobile mold” and “the first town of Chinese Ya pear ”. With Bohai Sea on the east, Beijing City and Tianjin City on the north, the city has a good geographical position, and the transportation is also very convenient.
The college covers an area of 571 mu, among which the building area is 176,000 square meters. The college owns a total fixed assets value of RMB260 million Yuan, The main campus of the college is located at 150, West Jiefang Road, which is in the central district of Botou city. In the college, there are 4 classroom buildings, 4 practical training buildings, 9 students’ apartment buildings and 4 students’ dining halls. There is also an administrative building, a library building, a high standard sports stadium on the campus. With a complete set of teaching facilities, with all kinds of professional laboratories and classrooms, and with a collection of 438,000 books and 500 GB of electronic books in the library, the college has superior teaching and scientific research environment. With a greening rate of more than 40%, with a large area of green trees, green grass, beautiful flowers and many graceful pavilions, the scenery of the campus is very nice and charming. The college has been entitled “garden school” and “provincial green school” by Hebei provincial government. It is indeed an ideal place for schooling and education.
The development goal of the college is to take the specialties of educations as its main body, and the specialties of economic management, equipment manufacturing, arts and social services as its auxiliary wings, to stand at Cangzhou and Bohai New District while facing the whole province and radiating to the Circum-Bohai-Sea Region, to serve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration and regional economic development, to insist on the school-running orientation of application, opening, characteristic and high level, to construct a diversified talent cultivation system, to train a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the society, and to provide intelligent support and human resource guarantee to the regional economic and social development.
The college has the educational institutions of Preschool Education Department (I), Preschool Education Department (II), Mechanical and Design Department, Economic Management Department, etc. In these departments, there are 24 specialties or majors for students to choose, such as preschool education, primary school education, machinery manufacturing and automation, electromechanical integration technology, mold design and manufacturing, automobile manufacturing and assembly technique, computer network technique, art design, accounting, marketing, logistics management, etc. Among these specialties, the specialty of preschool education is identified as the provincial backbone specialty construction project by Hebei Provincial Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Development Action Plan (2015-2018), the specialties of mold design and manufacturing, the logistics management and the art design are the key specialties financed by the national central finance, and the specialty of preschool education is the characteristic specialty of the college.
In 2013, the college cooperated with Zhongjie Industrial Zone and they jointly establish Botou Vocational College, Bohai Branch in the Park of Higher Education of Zhongjie Industrial Zone, Bohai New District. In 2015, all the mechanical engineering specialties moved to Botou Vocational College, Bohai Branch.
The computer network specialty is a college-enterprise cooperative project which is jointly established by Botou Vocational College and Qinhuangdao Derun Computer Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. For the students in this specialty, “Order-type cultivation mode” is adopted. That is to say, the specialty is jointly managed and the students in the specialty are jointly educated and trained by both the college and the enterprise, and when the students graduate, the enterprise is responsible for their employment.
The college has strong faculty strength. In recent years, high-level talents and excellent teachers are constantly introduced into the college. In 2018, there were 314 faculty members working in the college, and there were 270 full-time teachers and 71 part-time teachers who come from the front production line of all industries teaching in the college. Among them, there were 81 teachers with senior academic title and 111 teachers with master’s degree. Now the school-running scale of the college is constantly enlarged. In 2018, the college enrolls 3319 new students, which hits the all-time high. Now there are more than 8200 students studying in the college.
The Party Committee of the college actively practices “the Four Consciousness”, firmly implements “the Two Maintains”, closely surrounds the two key points of “strengthening the working style” and “deepening the connotation construction” and bravely carries out the policy of reform and innovation to grasp the opportunity of development. For teacher’s training, the college has held many academic activities like “vocational education lecture”, “vocational education forum”, “Qing-Lan Project” and “the young teachers teaching skill competition”, which help to create an excellent faculty with the feature of“reasonable structure, noble morality, with high professional quality and perfect professional skills”. Among all the teachers in the college, 53% are double-professionally-titled teachers, and there is 1 second-level talent of the 30-300-3000 Talents Project carried out in Hebei Province, 1 excellent teacher of national level, 3 special grade teachers, 1 outstanding teacher of Hebei provincial level, 5 excellent teachers of Hebei provincial level, 1 excellent teaching team of Hebei provincial level, 3 Tsang-Hin-Chi fund award winners and 6 top-notch professional skill talents of Cangzhou municipal level.
The college always takes “Integration of production and education, College-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning” as its talent cultivation mode, attaches more importance to college-enterprise cooperation and the students’ internship and employment and leads the founding of “Cangzhou Preschool Education Production-education Union”. The college insists on the principle of employment-orientation in the educational work, pays more attention to the work of employment guidance and service, and has formed a jointly working mechanism of “l(fā)eading by the college leaders, initiating by the Department of Employment, and participating by the Party secretaries and counselors of the department” to do work of employment guidance and service well. The college always provides the students with employment and entrepreneurship guidance and service by means of post practice, job fair, etc. In recent two years, with graduate employment rate of 94% and the employers’ satisfaction rate of 93%, the college has won praises from all walks of life. The college pays more attention to undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training work and sets up the College undergraduate maker space, which has won the honorary title of “the Provincial level Demonstration College Undergraduate Maker Space” In 2018, the college held the double-channel choosing job practice fair taken part in by more than 200 enterprises. Meantime, the college started a new way of training work. The correspondence education has realized the first student enrollment.
For many years the college has been entitled “civilized unit”, “model school”, “the unit with outstanding achievement”, “spiritual civilization school”, “advanced leading group”, “advanced primary Party organization”, “advanced vocational educational collective ”, “Advanced educational collective in Hebei Province”, etc. In 2018, the college was entitled “the patriotism education base of Botou City” by the Propaganda Department of Botou Municipal Party Committee.

With a complete set of teaching facilities, with all kinds of professional laboratories and classrooms, and with a collection of 438,000 books and 500 GB of electronic books in the library, the college has superior teaching and scientific research environment. With a greening rate of more than 40%, with a large area of green trees, green grass, beautiful flowers and many graceful pavilions, the scenery of the campus is very nice and charming. The college has been entitled “garden school” and “provincial green school” by Hebei provincial government. It is indeed an ideal place for schooling and education.
The development goal of the college is to take the specialties of educations as its main body, and the specialties of economic management, equipment manufacturing, arts and social services as its auxiliary wings, to stand at Cangzhou and Bohai New District while facing the whole province and radiating to the Circum-Bohai-Sea Region, to serve the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration and regional economic development, to insist on the school-running orientation of application, opening, characteristic and high level, to construct a diversified talent cultivation system, to train a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the society, and to provide intelligent support and human resource guarantee to the regional economic and social development.
The college has the educational institutions of Preschool Education Department (I), Preschool Education Department (II), Mechanical and Design Department, Economic Management Department, etc. In these departments, there are 24 specialties or majors for students to choose, such as preschool education, primary school education, machinery manufacturing and automation, electromechanical integration technology, mold design and manufacturing, automobile manufacturing and assembly technique, computer network technique, art design, accounting, marketing, logistics management, etc. Among these specialties, the specialty of preschool education is identified as the provincial backbone specialty construction project by Hebei Provincial Higher Vocational Education Innovation and Development Action Plan (2015-2018), the specialties of mold design and manufacturing, the logistics management and the art design are the key specialties financed by the national central finance, and the specialty of preschool education is the characteristic specialty of the college.
In 2013, the college cooperated with Zhongjie Industrial Zone and they jointly establish Botou Vocational College, Bohai Branch in the Park of Higher Education of Zhongjie Industrial Zone, Bohai New District. In 2015, all the mechanical engineering specialties moved to Botou Vocational College, Bohai Branch.
The computer network specialty is a college-enterprise cooperative project which is jointly established by Botou Vocational College and Qinhuangdao Derun Computer Information Technology Service Co., Ltd. For the students in this specialty, “Order-type cultivation mode” is adopted. That is to say, the specialty is jointly managed and the students in the specialty are jointly educated and trained by both the college and the enterprise, and when the students graduate, the enterprise is responsible for their employment.
The college has strong faculty strength. In recent years, high-level talents and excellent teachers are constantly introduced into the college. In 2018, there were 314 faculty members working in the college, and there were 270 full-time teachers and 71 part-time teachers who come from the front production line of all industries teaching in the college. Among them, there were 81 teachers with senior academic title and 111 teachers with master’s degree. Now the school-running scale of the college is constantly enlarged. In 2018, the college enrolls 3319 new students, which hits the all-time high. Now there are more than 8200 students studying in the college.
The Party Committee of the college actively practices “the Four Consciousness”, firmly implements “the Two Maintains”, closely surrounds the two key points of “strengthening the working style” and “deepening the connotation construction” and bravely carries out the policy of reform and innovation to grasp the opportunity of development. For teacher’s training, the college has held many academic activities like “vocational education lecture”, “vocational education forum”, “Qing-Lan Project” and “the young teachers teaching skill competition”, which help to create an excellent faculty with the feature of“reasonable structure, noble morality, with high professional quality and perfect professional skills”. Among all the teachers in the college, 53% are double-professionally-titled teachers, and there is 1 second-level talent of the 30-300-3000 Talents Project carried out in Hebei Province, 1 excellent teacher of national level, 3 special grade teachers, 1 outstanding teacher of Hebei provincial level, 5 excellent teachers of Hebei provincial level, 1 excellent teaching team of Hebei provincial level, 3 Tsang-Hin-Chi fund award winners and 6 top-notch professional skill talents of Cangzhou municipal level.
The college always takes “Integration of production and education, College-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning” as its talent cultivation mode, attaches more importance to college-enterprise cooperation and the students’ internship and employment and leads the founding of “Cangzhou Preschool Education Production-education Union”. The college insists on the principle of employment-orientation in the educational work, pays more attention to the work of employment guidance and service, and has formed a jointly working mechanism of “l(fā)eading by the college leaders, initiating by the Department of Employment, and participating by the Party secretaries and counselors of the department” to do work of employment guidance and service well. The college always provides the students with employment and entrepreneurship guidance and service by means of post practice, job fair, etc. In recent two years, with graduate employment rate of 94% and the employers’ satisfaction rate of 93%, the college has won praises from all walks of life. The college pays more attention to undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training work and sets up the College undergraduate maker space, which has won the honorary title of “the Provincial level Demonstration College Undergraduate Maker Space” In 2018, the college held the double-channel choosing job practice fair taken part in by more than 200 enterprises. Meantime, the college started a new way of training work. The correspondence education has realized the first student enrollment.
For many years the college has been entitled “civilized unit”, “model school”, “the unit with outstanding achievement”, “spiritual civilization school”, “advanced leading group”, “advanced primary Party organization”, “advanced vocational educational collective ”, “Advanced educational collective in Hebei Province”, etc. In 2018, the college was entitled “the patriotism education base of Botou City” by the Propaganda Department of Botou Municipal Party Committee.
From now on, the college will stick to the college-running principle of “running college by law, democratic management, human orientation and scientific development”, and continue to deepen the reforms of teaching and education. Taking “to lay a solid college running foundation, to create first-class brand specialties, and to build a high-level regional vocational college” as its overall developing goal, the college will endeavor to become a high-level regional vocational college.
